About Me
Hi, I'm Suzie Q.
I'm a performer, educator and the author of The Stripper Next Door. For more than twenty years I've built a career across pole, aerials, yoga, fitness and live performance. Not by chasing the biggest tricks, but by mastering the fundamentals, telling authentic stories and bringing my heart and soul to everything I do.
I've performed on stages around the world, from theatres and competitions to cruise ships, and discovered that audiences rarely remember the hardest trick. They remember how you made them feel.
That philosophy shapes everything I teach. Whether you're preparing for a performance, developing as a teacher or exploring movement for yourself, my goal is to help you build strong foundations, find your unique voice and create work that is both technically skilled and genuinely meaningful.

When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me with a cup of tea in hand, on the floor having "bunny cuddles" with my two pet rabbits, or soaking up the peace and quiet of the bush at Ridgetop Retreat. I never get tired of watching a sunset or looking up at a sky full of stars.
I'm endlessly curious about movement, performance and human potential. I love exploring not just how we become stronger physically, but how confidence, creativity and mindset shape the way we move through life.
